Talentuo does not only guide students in exile towards accessible, low-skilled professional experiences. On the other hand, our project proposes to connect students with companies in line with their field of study and target the students with opportunities after graduation.

By doing so, our project also aims to change the way companies view and understand people in exile, as well as encourage them to implement more inclusive work practices adapted to this audience.
