SILLAT Lyon is located at Faitout, a third place where associations committed to the values ​​of hospitality, ecology, social justice, inclusivity, and conviviality come together.

We support exiled people, and more specifically those with international protection status: refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary protection, asylum seekers, or beneficiaries of temporary protection.

  • Whether they reside in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and wish to resume their studies in France,
  • or they reside elsewhere in France and wish to study in our region.

Our areas of support

  • Support for returning to higher education: admissions and registration procedures (bachelor’s, master’s, university diploma bridge, BTS, etc.).
  • Support provided throughout your studies, from registration, with post-registration support, to professional integration.
  • Degree equivalences and validation of prior learning: assistance in obtaining degree equivalences and enhancing your previous experience (ENIC-NARIC, European Qualifications Passport for Refugees, VAE, etc.).
  • Administrative support: applications for CROUS (Student Social File) scholarships and housing, referral to possible additional financial aid and private scholarships, and social security.
  • Connection with a vast network of committed partners in the region.
