The branch opened its doors in February 2024.
Our offices are located in Lille, but our support covers the entire Hauts-de-France region.
We support exiled individuals regardless of their legal status or age:
- Whether they reside in Hauts-de-France and wish to resume their studies elsewhere in France,
- Or whether they reside elsewhere in France and wish to study in our region.

Our areas of support
- Support for returning to higher education: admissions and registration procedures (bachelor’s, master’s, university diploma bridge, BTS, etc.).
- Support provided throughout their studies, from registration, with post-registration follow-up, to professional integration.
- Degree equivalences and validation of prior learning: Assistance in obtaining degree equivalences and enhancing your previous experience (ENIC NARIC, European passport of refugee qualifications, VAE, etc.).
- Administrative support: applications for CROUS scholarships and housing (Student Social File), referral to possible additional financial aid and private scholarships, social security.
- Connection with a vast network of committed partners in the region.
Activities and Workshops - SILAT Lille
Open to the entire student community, our activities take place in the Lille metropolitan area.

- At the Bazaar St-So, 292 rue Camille Guérin in Lille.
- Tuesday mornings on the University of Lille campus in Pont de Bois, in the Pangéa association’s premises.
- On the ULCO campus in Dunkirk.
